Terms & conditions.

1. The parties

These terms govern the relationship between VicTravel Prim SRL — a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Moldova, with its office in Chisinau at Bd. Ștefan cel Mare 182, office 227, hereafter “the Agency” — and the user of victoriatravel.md (“the Client”).

2. Subject of the contract

The Agency provides intermediary services for the sale of holiday packages, air tickets, accommodation and travel medical insurance, both as a retailer and as a tour operator licensed under Law no. 105/2003 on tourism activity in the Republic of Moldova.

3. How booking works

Bookings can be made: (a) through the victoriatravel.md platform, (b) by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram with one of our agents, or (c) in person at the office. Final confirmation depends on availability in our partners' systems.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR, USD, MDL or RON as you prefer, with all taxes included. Payment is made by card online (Moldindconbank 3DS, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay), by bank transfer, or in cash at the office. For packages over 500 EUR per person we offer interest-free payment in 3 instalments.

5. Cancellation and change policy

The terms depend on the tour operator and are shown explicitly at checkout. As a rule: free cancellation with 30+ days' notice, with penalties rising after that. Changes are possible against an administrative fee plus the price difference. Details: Cancellation policy.

6. The Agency's rights and obligations

• To provide the contracted services as described;
• To provide 24/7 assistance to clients who are currently travelling;
• To comply with Law 105/2003 and Law 133/2011 (Moldovan data protection), plus the GDPR for EU clients;
• To hold the mandatory professional guarantee insurance.

7. The Client's rights and obligations

• To provide accurate details when booking (valid passport, visas, medical restrictions);
• To check the voucher received and report any discrepancies;
• To respect the rules of the hotel and airline and the laws of the destination country;
• To pay the full amount due.

8. Liability and its limits

The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and the direct providers (tour operators, airlines, hotels, embassies). Liability is limited to the value of the package purchased. We are not liable for force majeure (natural disasters, armed conflict, pandemics, government decisions).

9. Protection of personal data

Data is processed under Moldovan Law 133/2011 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Full details: GDPR policy. Data is kept for at least 5 years, as accounting law requires.

10. Resolving disputes

Any disputes are settled amicably between the parties, and failing that, in the competent courts of Chisinau. The applicable law is that of the Republic of Moldova.

11. Changes to these terms

The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms, giving registered clients 15 days' notice. Earlier versions are available on request at vic.travel@mail.ru.
