🛒 Booking & orders
How do I book a holiday on the site?
Choose your destination and date, hit Search, filter by what matters to you, pick the offer, fill in the passenger details and pay online or by transfer. The voucher reaches your inbox straight away.
Can I book without an account?
Yes. At checkout choose Guest checkout and enter just an email and a phone number. We'd still suggest creating an account so you can track the booking, download the voucher and save favourites.
What's the difference between net and gross price?
Gross is the total price with all taxes, shown to clients. Net is the agency's cost price, shown only to agents. You always see the gross price — that is, the final one.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Moldindconbank card (3DS), international Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cash at the office. For packages over 500 EUR per person we offer interest-free payment in 3 instalments.
Is payment secure?
Yes. We use Moldindconbank with 3D Secure, and Stripe for international cards. We never store card details on our servers.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — 3 interest-free instalments for packages over 500 EUR per person, through Moldindconbank Credit Online. The application takes 5 minutes and is checked instantly.
❌ Cancellations & changes
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, with penalties set by each operator's policy. Generally: free with 30+ days' notice, 30% at 15-29 days, 60% at 7-14 days, 100% under 7 days. The exact terms appear at checkout.
Can I change my flight date?
In most cases yes, but there's a fare change fee (50-150 EUR per person) plus the price difference. Call us and we'll check.
🛂 Travel documents
Do I need a visa for Turkey?
Not needed by Moldovan citizens with a biometric passport for stays under 90 days in any 180. The passport must be valid for at least 6 more months.
How long does a UAE visa take?
The UAE e-visa takes 3-5 working days. Express processing is 24 hours for an extra 50 EUR. You apply online through the UAE portal.
Do you process visas?
Not directly — visa rules change often, so we recommend applying at the embassy or through official portals. We do give you up-to-date information on the visa requirements for each destination, plus the medical insurance a Schengen visa requires.

What if there's a problem at the hotel?
Call the emergency number on your voucher (+373 79 611 511) — we answer 24/7 for clients who are currently travelling. Or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with photos.
What if my flight is cancelled?
The airline is obliged to offer you an alternative flight or a refund. We'll help you get what you're owed — free for our clients.
🛡️ Medical insurance
Is insurance included in the package?
Yes — basic medical insurance (30,000 EUR of cover) is included in every complete holiday package. For standalone flight tickets it's optional (from 7 EUR).
Can I increase the cover?
Yes. Standard 30k EUR (included), Plus 50k EUR (+12 EUR per person per week), Premium 100k EUR with COVID and extreme sports (+25 EUR per person per week).
